• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

• We do not store your card/payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We usually dispatch orders within 2–5 working days.

• Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products (handmade candles), returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.

  • The wrong product has been sent.

• Customers must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).

• Refunds/replacements will be processed as per our policy.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
