At Ziana Candles, each candle is handcrafted with care. We value your trust and strive to deliver products in perfect condition. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received a wrong product that does not match your order.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as dislike of fragrance, color variation, or change of mind, since our candles are handcrafted and made to order.

2. Reporting a Return

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Proof of damage/incorrect item (images or videos) must be shared with our support team.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after product verification.

  • If you paid via COD (Cash on Delivery), we will request your bank details to process the refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used candles, opened packages, or partially consumed products cannot be returned.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery are not eligible for return.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
