A Motichoor Laddu Candle is a decorative and fragrant candle that is designed to resemble the popular Indian sweet, Motichoor Laddu. It captures the essence of this delectable dessert through its appearance and aroma. The spheres are molded to create a realistic and visually appealing representation of the traditional Indian sweet. The candle can create a warm, festive ambiance when lit, filling the air with its delightful aroma. These candles are made from soy wax with the “laddu’s” formed using a molding process. How To Use
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience with your Motichoor Laddu candle, please follow these simple guidelines:
1. Preparation
- Surface: Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, flammable materials (like curtains or paper), and out of reach of children and pets.
- Wick Trim: Before your first burn, ensure the wick is trimmed to approximately (about 6mm). This helps prevent excessive smoking and ensures a clean burn.
2. Lighting Your Candle
- First Burn: For the first burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the candle. This can take 2-3 hours and helps prevent tunneling, where the wick burns straight down the center.
- Re-lighting: For subsequent burns, trim the wick again to inch before lighting.
- Burn Time: Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
3. During Burning
- Watchful Eye: Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Cooling: Allow the candle to cool completely before moving it.
- Extinguishing: To extinguish the flame, gently dip the wick into the melted wax pool using a candle snuffer or a metal spoon, then straighten the wick. Avoid blowing out the flame, as this can cause smoke and splatter hot wax.
4. Safety First
- Discontinue Use: Stop using the candle when there is about (about 12mm) of wax remaining at the bottom to prevent the container from overheating.
- Storage: Store your candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve its color and scent.
Enjoy the warm glow and unique beauty of your Motichoor Laddu candle!
