How To Use

How To Use

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience with your Floating candle, please follow these simple guidelines:

1. Preparation

  •  Surface: Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, flammable materials (like curtains or paper), and out of reach of children and pets.
  • Wick Trim: Before your first burn, ensure the wick is trimmed to approximately  (about 6mm). This helps prevent excessive smoking and ensures a clean burn.

2. Lighting Your Candle

  • First Burn: For the first burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the candle. This can take 2-3 hours and helps prevent tunneling, where the wick burns straight down the center.
  • Re-lighting: For subsequent burns, trim the wick again to inch before lighting.
  •  Burn Time: Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

3. During Burning

  • Watchful Eye: Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Cooling: Allow the candle to cool completely before moving it.
  • Extinguishing: To extinguish the flame, gently dip the wick into the melted wax pool using a candle snuffer or a metal spoon, then straighten the wick. Avoid blowing out the flame, as this can cause smoke and splatter hot wax.

4. Safety First

  •  Discontinue Use: Stop using the candle when there is about (about 12mm) of wax remaining at the bottom to prevent the container from overheating.
  • Storage: Store your candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve its color and scent.

Enjoy the warm glow and unique beauty of your Floating candle!
